INTRODUCING THE MIGHTY DISASTER TRANSPORT AND SPACE SPIRAL!
Cedar Point has decided to tear out Disaster Transport and Space Spiral to build a record breaking wing coaster named the Gatekeeper. The Gatekeeer does not take you upside down more times than Cedar Point's Raptor so Raptor still rules the sky. The Gatekeeper takes riders from the exact spot that Disaster Transport once stood, through the front gate and back.
Disaster Transport operated from 1990 to 2012. Disaster Transport started of as Avalanche Run in the year, 1985. Later someone figured out that it was a pretty stupid idea to put AVALANCHE Run on the beach of Cedar Point, so it was put indoors and had a space theme. The story on Disaster Trasport is, you are on a space station repairing space ships when a group of robots attacks your station. The only way to escape is to go to the disaster transport back to earth. You are blasted through space and you see robots and space aliens.
